WHAT IS YOUR LEAD TIME?

Lead times will be confirmed on order placement. On average for the furniture to be manufactured you are looking at 3 – 6 weeks, delivery the following week.  But due to the pandemic some production lines are effected so lead times could take longer.

WHAT TYPE OF FURNITURE DO YOUR SUPPLY/MANUFACTURE?

Our style ranges from Shabby Chic, Country Style, Modern to a more classic mahogany Wetherlys range. 

WHAT Timbers do you use? 

WHAT FABRICS DO YOU SELL? 

Home Fabrics, Hertex, Loomcraft, Warwick, Romo, Staurt Graham.

Minimal order length is 1m.

Once fabric is cut its non returnable/refundable.

Lead time to be confirmed as some fabrics are kept at warehouse locally or must be imported. (Lead time 1 – 3 weeks)

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU OFFER?

EFT and Online card payment and credit card machine.

We also have 3 month laybys option.  30% Deposit, 2nd month 35% and balance before delivery.

All payments must be cleared before delivery will commence.

are COVID precautions taken at furnicare?

Our workshop and offices follow the guidelines that are provided by government.  

Your furniture and accessories are sanitized and securely packaged.

All non-furniture items are delivered via reputable courier companies. [DSV, The Courier Guy, CourierIt]

Furniture deliveries are done by our delivery team. Delivery costs are determined by order size and distance.

Delivery costs will be confirmed on order placement by our logistics team. The system only uses an average on order placement.
