Shipping Policy

Payment & Accounts: All Furnicare delivery costs are for the customer’s account and must be paid in full prior to delivery. Please retain your invoice as proof of payment.

Delivery Schedule: Furnicare does not deliver products on weekends or public holidays.

Timeline Adjustments: Furnicare will contact the customer directly should the specified time period for a delivery change.

Property Access: Where insufficient access to a building or room occurs during delivery and results in the damage of products, it will be the customer’s sole responsibility.

Geographic Limits: Products are only available for delivery within South Africa.

Collection Requirements: In the case of factory collections, the customer must supply their own protective blankets, ropes, and securing equipment for the proper loading and tying down of products.

Collection Return Policy: Products that have been collected directly by the customer cannot be returned or exchanged. Once collected, any subsequent damage to a product is the sole responsibility of the customer.

Product Assembly: Assembly of products is handled by the factory’s delivery team (provided Furnicare transport is used for the delivery). Should the customer opt to assemble the product(s) themselves, Furnicare accepts no responsibility for products damaged due to incorrect assembly. Such products will not be considered for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
