CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, & PRODUCT EXCHANGES
Deposit Cancellations: We offer a 3-day (three days) grace period from the date of payment to request a refund on any order deposits. Once this 3-day window has passed, deposits are strictly non-refundable.
Return & Exchange Window: Any requests for a product return or exchange must be formally logged within 3-day (three days) following successful delivery or collection.
Return Eligibility Criteria: To qualify for an exchange or return, the buyer must present the original purchase invoice. Additionally, all items must be entirely unused, in immaculate condition, completely undamaged, and sealed within their original factory packaging.
Return Transport Expenses: If you require Furnicare to dispatch a vehicle to collect items for return or exchange, the customer is fully responsible for covering all associated transport and fuel costs.
Defect Resolutions: For verified structural or manufacturing defects, Furnicare will, at our operational discretion, either professionally repair the item, issue a direct replacement, or refund the client up to the exact purchase value reflected on the invoice.
Policy Compliance Clause: If our technical assessment reveals that an item was damaged due to customer misuse, improper handling, or a failure to adhere to the core Furnicare Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to reject the return, exchange, or refund request.
Promotional & Sale Clearances: All promotional event items, floor samples, and clearance SALE products are sold strictly “voetstoots” (as-is). We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any sale stock.
Sale Stock Conditions: Please note that sale items are highly limited by available stock and may occasionally feature minor surface nicks, natural marks, or minor blemishes, which are factored into the discounted price.
