  • Natural Hardwoods: Our solid wood furniture (including oak, white oak, kiaat, and mahogany) displays unique natural characteristics. Organic grain splits, color shifts, knots, and natural marks are part of the raw material and are not structural defects.

  • Protective Wood Finishes: Our solid timber products are treated with top-tier oils, waxes, or sealants. Because we have no oversight regarding how these items are used, cleaned, or exposed to elements once they leave our facility, we cannot offer an indefinite guarantee on these surface finishes.

  • Environmental Factors: Any material care instructions or advice provided on our platform serve as general recommendations. Furnicare is not liable for structural changes, cracking, warping, or surface blotching caused by local humidity, temperature shifts, or exposure to harsh direct or indirect sunlight.

  • Furnicare reserves the right to charge necessary collection and fuel transit delivery fees to facilitate off-site workshop fixes where required.

  • Floor stock items, factory samples, and promotional SALE items are sold strictly “voetstoots” (as-is) and do not carry an extended structural warranty.

SECTION 14 - CONTRACTUAL INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to protect, defend, and hold harmless Furnicare, our parent networks, business partners, staff members, directors, operational agents, logistics contractors, system providers, and manufacturing suppliers completely clear of any claims, demands, or legal expenses (including reasonable legal fees) brought by any third-party due to or resulting from your direct breach of these Terms of Service, or your violation of any statutory law or the legal rights of another party.

SECTION 15 - SEVERABILITY OF PROVISIONS
