Custom Furniture
All custom and made-to-order furniture is non-returnable and non-refundable.
This includes:
- Furniture made to client specifications
- Bespoke or personalised designs
- Pieces altered to meet individual requirements

Damaged Items
If your furniture arrives damaged, please notify us immediately. We are committed to resolving any issues as quickly and fairly as possible.
Returns & Final Inspection
All returned items are subject to a quality inspection. If the product does not meet our return criteria (e.g. unused, in original condition), we may not be able to accept the return.
