At Furnicare, we are committed to ensuring your order is delivered safely and efficiently. We ship across South Africa using a network of trusted courier partners.

Delivery Options & Costs

  • Nationwide Courier Delivery:
    We use various courier companies to deliver our products nationwide. Shipping charges are estimated based on rates provided by our courier partners and are displayed at checkout. Final delivery costs may vary based on destination, weight, and dimensions.
  • Furniture Delivery (Gauteng Only):
    For orders within Gauteng, direct delivery from our factory is available. Delivery is charged per trip and ranges between R800 – R1200, depending on the size and location of the order. Delivery details will be confirmed with you after purchase.

Collection (Click & Collect)

  • Linen, Wall Décor, and FMCG Products:
    These items can be collected from our main office at:
    Furnicare Building, Atterbury Road (between Saal Street and Ajax Street), Olympus, Pretoria East.
    We will notify you once your order is ready for collection.
  • Furniture Collection:
    Furniture orders can be collected from one of our two designated premises, depending on the type of furniture purchased. If you select the collection option at checkout, we will confirm the pickup location and provide collection instructions once your order is ready.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within a few business days. You will receive a tracking number or collection notice once your order is ready.

Receiving Your Order

Please inspect your order upon delivery or collection. If you notice any damage or issues, notify us immediately so we can assist in resolving the matter promptly.
