We want you to love every purchase from Furnicare. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.


How Returns Work

You may return an item within 7 days of receiving it, provided it meets the following conditions:

  • The item is unused.
  • It is in its original packaging, with all accessories and tags intact.
  • It is in the same condition as when you received it.

Items We Cannot Accept for Return

Please note, we’re unable to accept returns for the following:

  • Late Returns: Items returned after the 7-day return window.
  • Used Items: Products that have been used, assembled, or altered in any way.
  • Damaged or Missing Packaging: Items that are not in their original packaging, have been unsealed, or are missing components.
  • Custom Orders: Items that have been made-to-order or personalized to your specifications.
  • Furniture: We do not accept returns on furniture unless damaged in transit.

Damaged Furniture

If your furniture arrives damaged, please contact us immediately upon delivery. We will resolve the issue as quickly and fairly as possible.


Courier / Delivery / Transporter Costs

  • All shipping, courier, and delivery costs are non-refundable.
  • Return transport costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Final Quality Check

All returns will be inspected to ensure they meet our return criteria. If an item does not pass inspection, we may not be able to accept the return.

Upon receiving a return, all items will be inspected. A 20% handling fee will be deducted from your refund amount to cover repackaging, restocking, and admin costs. This applies to furniture, linen, and wall art.
